Canadian singer Alexander Stewart brought his ‘Homecoming Tour’ appropriately to his hometown of Toronto on November 29th at the Danforth Music Hall. It was a cold Friday night in Toronto but very fitting for a Canadian concert in late November. The weather certainly didn’t detour the fans from making it out to the venue as the floor was packed wall to wall with friends and family. The primary supporting act at this show would be Canadian indie musician Billianne who helped warm up the crowd for the main event of the night. The Homecoming Tour, was a short trek across Canada for the singer that started out in western Canada in Vancouver and wrapped up on December the 1st in Montreal. This show in Toronto was the second last date on the tour but clearly the most important for Stewart being his home city. The singer is promoting his latest album titled “Bleeding Heart” that was just released back in May. The local fans in Toronto were fired up to see the singer as the crowd erupted with loud cheers and screams the second he came into sight. Along with his live band, Alexander Stewart would put on full set with songs like “24 Hours” and one of the latest singles “Reflection” plus many more. The artist would keep the energy on high with top notch lighting and smoke machines. At one point, he jumped in the crowd to sing in the middle of the fans and then finishing off the show in a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey. As of now, the newest single to be released is titled “His Problem Instead” which is available now on all streaming platforms and also a lyric video on YouTube. For the fans that didn’t get a chance to attend the concert at the Danforth Music Hall, your in luck because we linked in our exclusive photo gallery from the night featuring both artists just below along with a short video clip from the concert via the Musik Mirage YouTube channel.
