Attending THE EFFENS most recent concert at the Monarch Tavern in Toronto was an unforgettable experience. The band’s energy hit me as soon as I walked in the door of the venue. The performance delivered by the band was stellar, showcasing their musical power with every note and lyric. The night reached a fever pitch when DENZ JUNIOR from The OBGM’s joined them on stage to perform his feature performance on fan favorite “Someone’s Gonna Get You”. The crowd went wild, moshing so hard you thought the floor would crash! The current band line up fills out with Faiyaz Shaw on guitar, Damian Florio on drums and Ameris Rudland on bass. The Effens has just released another brand new single this month titled “Help Me Down” which was obviously on the night’s set list. The show would continue on with multiple songs filled with raw intensity and sonic riffs. The Effens were nothing but a privilege to capture!
